How long does a rewire usually take?
This is a tricky question to answer depending on spec wanted by the client, the size and building fabric of the property. Usually on a 3 bed semi detached with a standard spec we can get those done in 2/3 days.
How much is a call out charge?
Here at F&E Electrical if you have an emergency within our normal working hours 7:30am-5:00pm the will be no call out charge you will only be charged for hours on the job and materials. Outside of these hours we would charge a £50 initial call out charge then hours on the job and materials provided.
How long is work under warrenty?
At F&E Electrical our work is under standard 1 year warranty.
Our History
We both became apprentices in 2004 and ended up being at the same company in 2006, from then on we have worked together. Eventually in 2017 setting F&E Electrical Services Ltd together.
